Concrete

The term concrete refers to normal concrete with a gross density between 2,000 and 2,600 kg/m³. Concretes with a gross density below 2000 kg/m³ are lightweight concretes, over 2,600 kg/m³ are heavyweight concretes. The basic ingredients in a concrete mix are water and cement, aggregates and admixtures are added in accordance to the recipe. The range of applications is as diverse as the range of requirements - from basic quality to the highest strength class, the highest chemical exposition class, and the development of special resp. purpose-made concretes.
